CONFETTEA is proud to serve customers in Taiwan, shipping our teas from Taiwan.  If you are interested in CONFETTEA teas outside of Taiwan, please contact us through our Contact Us page so we can understand your needs and serve you best.

For orders less than 1500NTD, shipping to any location in Taiwan is 120NTD. with free shipping on orders over 1500NTD.  You may also choose to pick up your order from a convenience store (7-eleven or FamilyMart) for 65NTD delivery.  Applicable shipping fees will be added directly to your order when checking out.

Customers in Kaohsiung may choose free pick-up from Yaletown Bistro (No. 26-3 Xinguang Rd., Lingya District, Kaohsiung City).  Please allow time for the order to be fulfilled; we will contact you when it is ready for pick-up.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER?  If you’ve received a defective product or if we’ve made a mistake on your order, just simply contact us within 10 days from the date of purchase to request a refund, replacement or exchange!  Upon CONFETTEA’s confirmed agreement that said issue is subject to refund, CONFETTEA provide a full refund, replacement, or exchange and cover the additional shipping costs.  Returned products must be in the same condition you received it and in the original, unopened packaging.  If package is suspected of having been opened or tampered with, CONFETTEA may be unable to provide a full refund.
